Ubel is presented as a sorceress with a sly and enigmatic character who apparently doesn’t have too many problems killing when she needs to get her hands dirty. Although she belongs to the rank of third-class wizards, she displays extraordinary powers and abilities that are far superior to those of her colleagues. In the anime we saw that she is able to copy and make her own the magic of other sorcerers even without understanding how it works, simply by feeling empathy towards them, while thanks to her fervent imagination she can tear apparently indestructible materials into pieces with a basic spell of laceration.
