Formula E, the calendar for the new season
At the second meeting of the FIA World Motorsport Council held in Samarkand (Uzbekistan), the provisional Formula E calendar for next season was approved. The World Cup will begin on December 7 in Brazil, a St. Paul, and includes 17 races for 11 rounds in total. The pre-season tests are scheduled for 4-7 November 2024 in Valencia: it will be the first time that the GEN3 Evos will be put to the test and tested in public.

For the second time in history, Formula E will go to You love me (the Florida city was missing from the Season 1), which will arrive after Mexico City, Saudi Arabia (new circuit in Diriyah 14-15 February 2025) and a venue yet to be defined (we are talking about Thailand, which in Imola has made inquiries about hosting an F1 race in the future).
After Miami there will be a double date in the Principality of Monaco (this is also a first time), then the series full-electric will go to Asia (Tokyo, Shanghai, Jakarta, which returns after a year’s break). Then the return to the Old Continent with the grand finale in Berlin (12-13 July) and London (26-27 July).
For now, no Italian stages are planned: the last time this happened was in 2016-17. The official calendar will then be confirmed in autumn.
