Turkey The F1 race saw interesting tactical choices as the entire race was run on a wet track.

Raincoat does not have a tire rule, which means that the depot is not obliged to change tires.

In the final stages of the race, it seemed that the top drivers were Ferrari Charles Leclerc and Mercedes Lewis Hamilton would try to persevere with the same tires through the race.

Both however, eventually came to change tires, but Alpine Esteban Ocon instead took a bold risk that paid off.

Ocon drove with one tire from start to finish and eventually finished tenth. The prize was therefore one World Championship point.

The last time without a tire change, the race has been run through Mika Salo In Monaco in 1997.
