Chihuahua, Chih.- A Trial Court found Jorge Alberto C. guilty of 5 homicides committed in June 2018, when he worked as an IMSS nurse, but acquitted the accused’s romantic partner and son, according to information issued by the Superior Court of Justice.
After a process of presenting evidence, the Trial Court determined the responsibility of the accused. The trial began on March 15 and the sentence is still pending.
The presentation of the evidence by the Public Ministry was to demonstrate the guilt of the three accused in the deaths of María Magdalena Romero Armendáriz, Ricardo Iván Chávez Pérez, Daniela Romero Armendáriz, Daniel Gregorio Romero Vega and Rita Armendáriz, in events that occurred in the city of Chihuahua on June 29, 2018.
However, this afternoon in the ruling only Alberto C. was considered, who is already serving a sentence for another homicide.
