Occurrence is registered at an automotive glass store in Humaitá; watch videos published on social media
A large fire hit an automotive glass store on Avenida José Aloísio Filho, in the Humaitá neighborhood, north of Porto Alegre (RS), on Sunday night (May 26, 2024). The region was affected by floods and has been flooded since the beginning of the month.
The Rio Grande do Sul Military Fire Department was called to respond to the incident. In total, 27 military firefighters and 5 trucks worked to put out the fire and worked in the aftermath.

According to firefighters, the building was empty when it caught fire and no one was injured.
