América had to wait until the 60th minute to open the scoring, with a shot from Wendy Bonilla which goalkeeper Sandra Sepúlveda was unable to control.
However, the action left doubts, because the ball did not seem to enter the Llaneros goal in its entirety. The broadcast of the match, which was broadcast on YouTube, also does not leave clarity.
The visiting players protested angrily to the central judge of the match, Manuela Vásquez, and the western assistant, Lina Córdoba.
In addition, the coach of Llaneros, Berley Villawas expelled and the players, led by Sepúlveda, after almost ten minutes, decided to go to the dressing room and abandon the game.
The punishment for Llaneros
Due to what happened, the Disciplinary Committee decided to punish Llaneros with the loss of the match due to withdrawal, with a score of 0-3, in addition to a fine of 6,500,000 pesos.
But there is more, the Committee also decided to sanction the player Yesica Muñoz López with 3 dates and a fine of 975 thousand pesos.
The referee report reported that Yésica was responsible for inciting the players to leave the playing field.
The player, according to the bulletin, used offensive language towards the match referees, while the soccer players were leaving the field.
