Affirmations for Marco Zanasi (CDP – Pinetti Motorsport) in the Trofeo Pirelli Am and Zois Skrimpias (Ineco – Reparto Corse RAM) in the Coppa Shell Am. Finally, in the Trofeo Pirelli 488, a new triumph for Fabrizio Fontana (Formula Racing).

With a winning start in the first corners Giacomo Altoè conquers first position, overtaking the poleman of the day, Philipp Baron (Gohm Motorsport – Baron Racing). The young Italian manages to control his opponents, progressively extending his lead until the checkered flag.
After Baron, second, Luca Engstler (Gohm Motorsport – Engstler) takes the third step of the podium, called to replace his father Frantz during the Hungarian weekend.
Thanks also to the additional point for the best time in the race in 1’34”466, Altoè rises to third place in the general classification, led by the Hungarian driver Bence Valint (Ferrari Budapest – Rossocorsa), ahead of Baron by two points.
Italian victory also in the Pirelli Am Trophy
After the fastest qualifier, Claus Zibrandtsen (Formula Racing), left the scene prematurely and ended up in the gravel in the first laps, Marco Zanasi took command of the race, resisting the comeback attempts of his pursuers until the finish line.
Hendrik Viol (Scuderia Praha Racing) finished second, setting the best time in the class in 1’35”626, while Andrew Morrow (Charles Hurst), winner yesterday, was third. Viol now leads the ranking with two points over Zanasi and 16 over Morrow.

Shell Cup
First success in the Ferrari Challenge for Andreas Ritzi at the end of a thrilling test which saw Henry Hassid (Kessel Racing) cross the finish line first, but was penalized 5 seconds for failing to respect the track limits.
The Frenchman, who set the fastest lap in qualifying and the race, in 1’36”161, finished second ahead of John Dhillon (Graypaul Nottingham). Hassid maintains the lead of the standings with 11 points on Dhillon and 17 on Tibor Valint.
Close challenge for all thirty minutes of the Coppa Shell Am, which ended with a twist due to a simultaneous exit and without consequences for the drivers, in the final laps, of Andreas König (Gohm Motorsport – Haupt Racing Team) and Shintaru Akatsu (Ineco), fighting for the top with Zois Skrimpias. The Greek, who started from pole position, maintained the lead of the race and achieved his second victory of the season.
Behind him Eric Cheung (Formula Racing), winner yesterday, and Mutlu Tasev (Emil Frey Racing). However, Akatsu gets the additional point for the best lap time in the class. With the results of the weekend Skrimpias reaches the top of the ranking ahead of Levy on 11 points and König on 15.

Pirelli Trophy 488
Domination by Fabrizio Fontana in the class reserved for Ferrari 488 Challenge Evos. Starting from pole position, the Italian also crossed the finish line with the best class lap time, ahead of Tommy Lindroth (Gohm Motorsport – Baron Racing Team) and Niels Zibrandtsen ( Formula Racing), who exchange positions on the podium compared to Race 1.

The protagonists of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli Europe will return to the track from 20 to 23 June on the Spanish circuit of Jerez.
