Antonio Sanz stressed that «it is a regulation with national vocation, since the opinion and criteria of other bullfighting autonomous communities such as Castilla y León, Castilla-La Mancha, Madrid or Extremadura». And he has assured that this regulation “is an important milestone that will be a model for all of Spain.”
The counselor stressed that this regulation “is product of dialogue and consensus with the parties involved: farmers, bullfighting professionals, veterinarians, businessmen, bullfighting schools …»As proof of this, Antonio Sanz has mentioned its unanimity approval at the last meeting of the Plenary Council of the Bullfighting Council of Andalusia (Tasting), held last September.
The new text incorporates important novelties such as the creation of a Presidents Registry that will ensure the formation and qualification of those who go up to the box on behalf of the autonomous administration. And also foresees administrative simplification, expediting the authorization procedures of the bullfighting shows, eliminating unnecessary procedures and simplifying the documentation that must be contributed.
