Spy x Family is becoming the favorite anime of this season, worthy of rivaling those of the 80s for its quality and narrative.
In the past we showed you some Yor Forger cosplaybut this time I want to share with you a fan art very peculiar that imagines this work in a very different way.
Spanish artists, Paul and Alexwho present themselves under the name hanavarathey decided transform Spy x Family into an 80s animeadapting the drawing style to one that will look familiar to you if you grew up watching Japanese animation.
As you can see, the style of the factions looks very similar to the type of drawing they had candy Candy and other important pre-90s jobsand you can appreciate it in details such as the eyes that, although they have always been big, used to be very bright.
The factions also change in this Spy x Family fanart where it looks like an 80’s anime, as they look a bit more rounded, especially with the female characters, compared to the current style.
Hanavara has extensive experience doing this type of transformation, and even has jobs where he takes inspiration from BTS, Genshin Impact and other anime.
Spy x Family Could Overcome ’80s Anime Style
This animated adaptation will have 25 chapters that will be released weekly to tell us if the Forgers manage to fulfill the Twilight mission, and although we have seen few, they have great quality.
It seems complicated that it manages to become as popular as cult series like candy Candy, Knights of the Zodiac or other similar products, but we must recognize that it is doing a great job.
