Fallout, the Prime Video series arrives in April

Prime Video officially announces the debut date of the series on Fallouttime set for April 12th.

Amazon had already revealed in 2020 that work was underway on the series on the popular video game saga of Bethesda, with which the streaming giant obviously collaborated. Given the processing periods, troubled moments due to the COVID 19 health emergency which slowed down the work were inevitable.

At a distance of 3 years from that statement, and as filming concluded this year, new details have emerged that are appealing to video game fans. In fact, in addition to the official announcement of the debut date on the platform, it has also emerged a new teaser for the series which takes up the same iconic look as the Pip Boyan interactive object very familiar to players of the apocalyptic role-playing video game.

Set in future post-apocalyptic Los Angeles and the world of Fallout, the series is an original story based on Fallout that will be canon in the video games. The series is produced by Kilter Films and executive producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, the creators of Westworld. It will be available to stream exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories worldwide“.

The series will also boast a rich cast from Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets), up to Walton Goggins (The Hateful Eight), Aaron Moten (Emancipation), Moisés Arias (The King of Staten Island) and Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks).
