In the sixth episode of the Fallout TV series, a commercial with Cooper Howard (Walton Goggins) promoting the beauty of the vaults built by Vault-Tec, obviously dating back to before the devastating nuclear war.

At the end of the advertisement the number “213-25-VAULT” appears, which corresponds to “213-258-2858”, and obviously someone in America immediately proceeded to try to call.
