Sergio Pérez, Formula 1 driverhas signed a contract extension with Red Bull Racing that will keep him with the team until the 2026 season.
This renewal, announced in advance of the Canadian Grand Prixassures that Pérez, 34, will continue his career in a team that has allowed him to achieve most of his success in the sport.

With five of his six Grand Prix victories achieved with Red Bull since joining in 2021, The Mexican driver expresses his desire to retire with the teamdespite not considering this contract as his last in Formula 1.
At a time when the pilot market shows great activity, Pérez was relieved to be able to focus completely on his performance on the trackafter securing his future with the team.
“It’s really nice to eliminate this distraction for the team and me so we can focus on pure performance, and I think that’s what’s best for our team,” Perez said of the negotiation process.
