A large part of the South Terminal of London Gatwick Airport due to a suspicious package in the vicinity of the US embassy in the country.
“The Terminal has been evacuated as a precautionary measure while we continue to investigate a security incident,” they inform travelers through an ‘X’ post, and for security reasons no one can access it at the moment.
Meanwhile, the British police proceed to controlled detonation of the “suspicious” package, which arrives at a time of special international tension.
