The developers of Keen Games have revealed the Road map Of Enshrouded for 2024, which already seems very rich just by looking at the new features planned for the next updates.
Thanks to the over 2 million copies sold in relatively few days since launch, the development team wanted to outline the short and medium plans made based on player feedback. Among these is the full compatibility with Steam Dek and improvements to performance, locations, game interface, inventory management and interactions with NPCs. Not only that, the list also includes a system for repeating missions, a weather system, new biomes, dungeons and enemies to face.
In the long term, the developers plan to add world events, instanced dungeons, even more biomes and the ability to share and visit bases created by other players.
Enshrouded will be on offer on Steam from March 14th to 21st
It should be noted that the plans for 2024 do not mention the launch of the full version of Enshrouded, a sign that the team probably aims to add even more content and further smooth out the imperfections of the game.
Part of the news reported in the roadmap above could already arrive in the next few days, given that it has been confirmed that the next update will be released by the end of March. Also, starting tomorrow Until March 21st Enshrouded will be available at a discounted price on Steam for the first time since its Early Access debut.
