Elisa Mouliaá responds to Íñigo Errejón’s allegations regarding her complaint: “To say that it is false seems very clumsy to me”

The actress Elisa Mouliaá has defended this Wednesday the veracity of her complaint against Íñigo Errejón for sexual assault and has assured that the strategy of Sumar’s former parliamentary spokesperson, who alleges that it is a false complaint, seems “very clumsy” to her. During an interview on Telecinco’s TardeAR program, Mouliaá stated that his intention is to get other victims to join the legal case against the politician.

“My goal is for the other complaints to come out and for it to be seen that it is pathological behavior,” said Mouilaá. “To say that it is [una denuncia] false seems very clumsy to me.” The presenter also explained that she is in contact with six other victims and has spoken by phone with all of them except one, with whom she only maintains contact through a social network.

“He is aware of what he has done after mine, he is aware that more could come,” defended the actress, who considers that “it could be an aggravating factor” for Errejón if he continues saying that it is a false accusation. if more come later.”

The former Sumar deputy filed an appeal last week in which he claims that Mouilaá has filed a “false complaint” against him and has also accused the actress of delaying the judicial procedure “in a deceitful manner.” The judge investigating the complaint suspended the statements of both parties on November 11 for health reasons of the actress’s lawyer.

Mouliaá filed a complaint against Errejón in which she recounts a sexual assault that allegedly occurred in 2021. During the interview granted this afternoon, the actress explained that she was motivated to do so upon learning of the Sumar politician’s resignation letter and because, Within a few hours, the veracity of the testimonies against him that had been published on social networks were already being questioned.

“There I begin to see, by reliving what happened to me, what he did to me, that it is a pattern that I followed,” the presenter said. “I knew I had to speak up at that moment, because this is not fake. I felt the need to speak up and say ‘I want to report this person.’

Mouliaá has acknowledged that the pressure she has received after the complaint makes it difficult for more women to want to join the case against Errejón. “I think they will end up doing it, but what has happened to me is counterproductive,” he said.
