After half past eleven at night, and while the news of the politician’s resignation was still being processed, Mouliaá took a step further, and went to the Family and Women’s Care Unit (UFAM) to report what happened to Errejón. “Do you feel like you are a victim of a sexual crime?” asked the agents who took your statement, as recorded in the complaint accessed by elDiario.es. “Yes,” she replied.
In this complaint, which consists of five pages, Mouliaá explains in detail what can be understood as a sexual assault by Errejón. The events occurred at the end of September 2021, a night when Errejón accompanied the actress to a party, after having been talking to her on Instagram and Telegram for a year. Mouliaá recounts in her complaint how Errejón kissed her, groped her without her consent, grabbed her arm “strongly” and “forcibly took her” to a room that he locked at that party.
