On October 2, Brazilians go to the polls to choose the president of the republic, governors, senators and federal, state and district deputies.
The eventual runoff for president and governor could take place on October 30th. The dates correspond to the first and last Sunday of the month, as provided for in the Federal Constitution.

On election day, you must bring an official document with a photo, which can be an identity card, passport, professional category card recognized by law, reservist certificate, work card or national driver’s license.
Take your voter registration card, as it contains information about the zone and polling station. If you prefer, download and install the e-Título, available at Google Play Store and Apple Store.
“Birth or marriage certificates are not valid as proof of identity when voting”, informs the Superior Electoral Court (TSE). If you have lost your voter registration card and you know your polling location, you can vote with an official photo ID.
