Elden Ring it is a videogame success, but it is also a multimedia success thanks to the production of various manga and licensed products. Now, it seems that FromSoftware’s video game is also ready to become a animated product which seems extremely interesting.
The new project is in production at SteinsAlterm, an indie production group that creates and publishes animated shorts online. It would therefore not be a real television series, but rather a minor production but no less worthy of attention.
As you can see below, the team is looking at this time new animators who give their contribution to the Elden Ring anime.
The tweet reads, in translation: “ANIMATORS, we are currently working on animating scenes from the Elden Ring anime, contact me if you are interested.”
What to expect from the animated production and what was shown
According to one official team descriptionthis short will feature “3 full minutes of cinematically composed sakuga-style animation that adapt and recreate moments from Elden Ring, we will aim to release the best animation possible for us.”
For the moment we can see three images and a short gif of what we can expect from the animation product. The first image shows Melina, our travel companion in Elden Ring who guides us towards the Mother Tree and beyond. The second image then shows Maliketh, one of the last bosses, in all his power. The third image highlights Radagonwith his hammer in hand and ready to do battle.
The gif instead focuses on Miquellaor rather his arm inside the cocoon in Mohgwyn’s palace, as we see it with the beginning of the boss fight with Mohg, Lord of Blood.
If you are interested in seeing other artistic productions of the highest level, you must absolutely admire the new image shared by FromSoftware for Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree: the details of the new character are incredible.
