Step.- An El Paso couple was electrocuted in the outdoor hot tub at a resort in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, last Tuesday. The 43-year-old man died at the scene, while his wife is in serious condition in a hospital.
Images on social networks show the probable moment of the accident that occurred at the Sonora Sea Resort, a private condominium complex, as reported by the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Sonora (FGJES).
The agency began the corresponding investigations to determine the causes that caused the death of one person and the injuries to another on June 11 after an electric shock.
The Prosecutor’s Office added that Expert Services personnel will carry out the corresponding field analyzes to determine the origin of the electrical failure, using the video as evidence.
The FGJES indicated that it learned of the incident around 8:30 p.m. on June 11, when elements of the AMIC went to the pool area of the private condominiums, after the death of Jorge “N”, 43 years old, and the injuries suffered by Lizeth “N” due to a possible electric shock when both were inside the jacuzzi.
He added that the corresponding field analyzes will be carried out to determine the origin of the electrical failure; the above derived from the dissemination of a video on social networks that shows the moment of the probable accident with the results already mentioned.
