E&Emirates announced its continued commitment to attracting and empowering the country’s citizens, within the framework of its partnership with the Emirati Talents Competitiveness Council (NAFES), with the aim of enhancing their presence in the technological renaissance led by the company and involving them in supporting the country’s progress and growth process.
This came during a special ceremony organized by “E&Emirates” to celebrate its partnership with the UAE Talent Competitiveness Council “NAFES”, and to honor the citizens who joined the company under the cooperation agreement with “NAFES”, which the two sides concluded in October of 2022, and “E&E” committed to… Emirates” through which it attracted 500 citizens within five years, and has so far succeeded in attracting more than 460 citizens in various fields, including retail, call centers, human resources, technology, and technical support departments.
The ceremony was attended by Ghannam Al Mazrouei, Secretary-General of the Emirates Competitiveness Council (NAFES), and Masoud M. Sherif Mahmoud, CEO of E&Emirates, and Ali Al Mansouri, CEO of Human Resources for E&E, along with a group of executives from both sides, and a group of Emirati cadres working at E&E.

Ghannam Al Mazrouei said: “Today we celebrate honoring a distinguished group of citizens at E&Emirates Company, and we are proud of our partnership with E&Emirates Company through the agreement concluded two years ago to employ 500 citizens within five years, and achieving goals that exceeded expectations, and these partnerships help us in empowering the work of citizens.” In the private sector through financial support, and raising their efficiency through specialized training programs, indicating that he expects an increase in the number of citizens who will join the private sector during the coming period.
He explained that the indicators for the first quarter of 2024 are positive, and have been reinforced by the change in societal culture in working in the private sector, and this is a positive indicator, as well as attracting competencies from university graduates to the private sector, expressing his optimism in achieving the indicators in the strategic plan approved by the Board of Directors during this year, noting.
