Edomex: Woman beat her one and a half year old son to death in Edomex; she helped her boyfriend

In a case that has shocked the community of Tequixquiac, the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) managed to prove the responsibility of María Concepción García Vázquez and Pedro Vázquez Vázquez in it homicide of a child just 1 year and 6 months old.

As a result, Both were sentenced to 42 years and 6 months in prison..

The events occurred between July 5 and 6, 2023, at a home located in the San Miguel neighborhood of the municipality of Tequixquiac. According to the research, the couple brutally beat the minorcausing his death.

After learning of the facts, the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office began an exhaustive investigation that culminated in the arrest of those responsible.

María Concepción García Vázquez, mother of the victim, and her romantic partner, Pedro Vázquez Vázquez, were arrested and transferred to the Zumpango Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center.

During the legal process, the Public Prosecutor’s Office Agent presented compelling evidence that was decisive for the Judicial Authority to issue the conviction.

In addition to the prison sentence, they were fined 184,138 pesos and 255,407 pesos as compensation for the damage.
