The president of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, decreed a state of emergency this Monday, after a series of riots in at least six prisons in the country.
This is Fabricio Colón Pico, who evaded controls along with other people, according to authorities.

The National Service for Comprehensive Care for Adults Deprived of Liberty and Adolescent Offenders (SNAI) confirmed this Tuesday the escape of Fabricio Colón Pico, captured after the State Attorney General, Diana Salazar, denounced an alleged plan to attack her.

SNAI indicated in a statement that During the early hours of this Tuesday there were “violent events between people deprived of their liberty, the National Police and prison staff”.
After that event, Colón Pico “evaded the controls along with other people deprived of their liberty,” he said.
