DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS is not coming to mobile devices

BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment has released a lot of news on the development of DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS, arriving in 2022.

Interviewed by 4Gamer, the producer Ryosuke Hara stated that the title it will not be released on mobile devices. Despite the popularity of asymmetrical titles on smartphones, the software house has no plans to make a mobile edition of the game. Hara later revealed that the development team did not expect the title to be received so well from the public.

Despite this, also thanks to the closed beta, gods have been found balancing problems that the software house wants to solve, especially with regard to the Survivors. The company indeed wants prevent the game from turning into Pay-to-Win because of the gacha system dedicated to the skills of the survivors, so that anyone can have fun even without having to make purchases.

As for the Raiders instead the developer stated that we will be able to find out in the future what other iconic antagonists will be in attendance within the game. Also, the development team is working on making that happen each enemy has unique gameplay elements, in order to make the gaming experience more varied.

In conclusion, Hara stated that the software house would like give players another opportunity to try the title before launch, although it has not yet released any details on how or when this will happen. We therefore do not know if it will be a new closed beta or if for the occasion a beta open to all the public will be released.
