The song from the soundtrack of the movie Charm“Dos Oruguitas”, has achieved its nomination for the category of Best song in the oscar awards 2022. The musical piece composed by Lin-Manuel Miranda, was performed by the Colombian singer Sebastian Yatrawho gave it an acoustic touch.
This composition will compete against “No time to die” by singer Billie Eilish, who is also emerging as one of the favorites to win the golden statuette. The other nominees are “Be Alive” from the film The Williams Method, “Down to Joy” from Belfast and “Somehow You Do” from 4 days.

It is the one that best exemplifies the spirit of the film itself. That is always the guiding principle. And for us, “Dos Oruguitas” is the founding story”.
