DOOM + DOOM 2 has been officially announced for PC, consoles and Xbox Game Pass, let’s see the price and news

Confirming last night’s inadvertent Steam leak, Bethesda and id Software have officially unveiled DOOM + DOOM 2a bundle that includes re-releases of the two shooters, which now boast various improvements, additional features and new content.

It’s available now for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, and Microsoft Store) at a price of 9.99 euros. However, anyone who owns a digital copy of DOOM and/or DOOM 2 will receive this bundle with a free update. Of course it is also included in the catalogue of PC & Xbox Game Pass like all other games made by Microsoft’s proprietary teams.

DOOM + DOOM 2 includes both games in the series, enhanced with various improvements and additional content, some even previously unreleased. In particular, it includes Legacy of the Rusta new episode created through the collaboration of id Software, Nightdive Studios and MachineGames, and a Deathmatch map pack with 25 new maps. All this for a grand total of 187 mission maps and 43 Deathmatch maps, for all fans to enjoy.

The graphics have been improved and support is now available. resolution up to 4Kwhile the soundtrack has been restored using the original hardware of the time. We also find support for modern controllers, improved mouse and keyboard controls and a new weapon wheel for faster and more precise arsenal changes.
