Massimo Giletti heard by the Guardia di Finanza
The journalist of La7 Massimo Giletti was questioned in Rome by the Guardia di Finanza, as part of the bis investigation into the investigations carried out by the Sienese magistrates on the death of David Rossi, the head of communication of MPS who fell from the window of his studio in March 2013 in Siena. The Genoa public prosecutor had opened a file for related deeds, without the hypothesis of a crime, after the episode of the program “Non e ‘l’aena” in which there was talk of two videos and 61 unpublished photos endorsed by the police and not attached to the file that the Sienese prosecutors opened after his death. The forensics policewoman had talked about the existence of the material Federica Romano at the hearing of the Parliamentary Commission on 25 November. The journalist collaborated with the Genoese investigators.
Death David Rossi: serious evidential pollution
In recent days, the colonel of the carabinieri was also heard Pasquale Agliecoat the time provincial commander of Siena, who during the hearing in the Parliamentary Commission had reported that he had entered Rossi’s office immediately after his death with the prosecutor Antonino Nastasione of the three Sienese substitutes, together with Nicola Marini and Aldo Natalini. From the report, for the commissioners, a serious evidential pollution: from the overturning of the basket, to the closing of the window from which Rossi rushed into an alley at the back of the MPS headquarters, from the personal effects touched or moved in the room including the computer, up to the moments in which a prosecutor would have answered two phone calls received on the manager’s cell phone. This last circumstance would have already been denied by the telephone records.
