Dead Islands 2 and now available on Steam. Recall that Deep Silver's action game was initially published as an Epic Games Store exclusive, in a computer version. Now, moreover, it is also in “launch” discount at €29.99 instead of €59.99.
The game was released on the Epic Games Store a year ago, on April 21, 2023. The exclusivity was in fact for exactly one year and, as the deal expired, Deep Silver was able to publish the zombie game on Valve's platform.
What is Dead Island 2?
Dead Island 2 a First-person action RPG which takes us to Los Angeles and puts us in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. We can choose our main character from among several, based on the style we prefer and the skills we want to use. We will be able to tear apart our enemies with various melee and firearm weapons, while exploring the city to complete missions.
The development of Dead Island 2 it was quite troubled: it was presented at E3 2014, but the project saw many arrests and changes of development team, until it was resurrected like a zombie with a new life under the leadership of the Dambuster Studios team.
