Taiwan's video game classification body has added PS5 and PS4 versions of some Double Fine Productions games to its database, specifically Days of the Tentacle Remastered, Full Throttle Remastered and Grim Fandago Remastered.
Considering the numerous rumors and reports on the arrival of Xbox exclusives on PS5 and Nintendo Switch one might think that the aforementioned titles are part of Microsoft's alleged new multiplatform strategy, however, as Gematsu points out, the PS4 versions of all three games are already available and therefore only the native ones for PS5 would represent a novelty.
A collection of classics to celebrate Double Fine's 25th anniversary?
Rather, the idea is that Double Fine may be planning to roll out some reditions of his classic titlesperhaps included in a collection, among the plans to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the studio suggested at the beginning of January by Tim Schafer.
If this is confirmed, then it is likely that the publication will also take place on Xbox, PC and Nintendo Switch. Having said that, for the moment there is really nothing official, so take everything with a pinch of salt.
