CD Projekt RED unveiled the new expansion of Cyberpunk 2077Phantom Liberty, during the recent Night City Wire.
In addition to revealing the first information on the DLC, the studio also confirmed that patch 1.6 will be the last for PS4 and Xbox One.
In essence, therefore, important updates are no longer planned for last-gen consoles.
In the same world, moreover, the recently announced expansion will also arrive only on PS5, Xbox Series X / S and PC.
Since launch, Cyberpunk 2077 has suffered from numerous glitches and bugs on PS4 and Xbox One, so probably CDPR has now decided to focus on platforms where the game offers a better experience.
However, this isn’t exactly good news for anyone who has decided to play Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 and Xbox One.
Important note for Cyberpunk 2077 fans: patch 1.6 will be the last one supported by the old gen of consoles (Phantom Liberty is also for PC, XSX / S and PS5 only)
