Job advertisements pop up from the studio behind Cras Bandicoot.
Toys for Bob, the developer behind Crash Bandicoot 4, Crash Bandicoot the N. Sane Trilogy e Spyro Reignited Trilogy, is currently hiring a senior concept artist. The interesting thing about this is that the work doesn’t appear to be related to a Call of Duty project.
Following the release of Crash Bandicoot 4 earlier this year, Toys for Bob, an Activision studio, was assigned as a support studio to Warzone as well as being the lead developer of the current Crash Bandicoot series. Taking a look at Toys for Bob’s other job postings like the one looking for a lightning artist, the job listing clearly states that the successful candidate will be working on a Call of Duty project, however, the new announcement omits this thing.
While it’s unclear which game the new senior concept artist will work on or if Call of Duty’s absence from this working role is intentional, we know Toys for Bob is still taking care of the Crash Bandicoot series thanks to a statement from Activision that said, “Toys for Bob is thrilled to continue supporting Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time and, more recently, to provide further development support for Call of Duty: Warzone.”
For now we do not know what other project Toys For Bob has in the pipeline and therefore we just have to wait for official news.
