The court recognized as legal the fine of Yuri Dudya for promoting non-traditional relationships in an interview
The Lefortovo Court of Moscow upheld the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 120,000 rubles on journalist and video blogger Yuri Dudyu (included in the register of media-foreign agents) for promoting non-traditional sexual relations among minors. About it RIA News reported in court.
“The decision of the justice of the peace of the court district No. 271 regarding Dudya was left unchanged,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
On July 12, it was reported that the justice of the peace of the judicial district of the Lefortovo district in Moscow found Dudya guilty of gay propaganda among minors. The court fined the blogger 120 thousand rubles.
As Ekaterina Mizulina, director of the Safe Internet League and member of the Russian Civic Chamber, explained, LGBT propaganda was found in an interview given to Dudya by the openly gay artist and actionist Fyodor Pavlov-Andreevich. According to her, the blogger did not appear at the meeting, since he has been in Spain since the beginning of January.
