Stellantis Italy communicated at Unions the amount of the employee bonus, which is paid this month to Group workers, in relation to efficiency goals production foreseen by Specific collective bargaining agreement. The results vary according to the performances, measured with the indicators provided for by the Contract, achieved by each individual production unit.
Awards to Stellantis employees
The awards go to all Stellantis employees. All the factories, as specified in the note, confirmed the Italian production results.
Among these they stood out Pomigliano And Verrone, which for the seventh consecutive year have achieved excellence in car manufacturing.
Stellantis corporate bonus, how much is it?
Overall, Stellantis employees in Italy will be paid on average a bonus equal to 6% of the salary reference, which corresponds to approx 1,400 euros on average.
The remuneration policy, introduced in July 2015 and confirmed by renewal of 2019 (prior to the merger between FCA and Groupe PSA), plans to involve all people directly in the Group’s productivity and quality results.
