Colonies in the city of Aguascalientes suffered power outages on the afternoon of Thursday, May 9, as part of the blackouts that the country has suffered for three days.
The impact was reported by citizens due to blackouts and occurred mainly in the east of the city.
Some affected colonies were Pericos, Norias de Paso Hondo, Rodolfo LanderosMirador de las Culturas, Guadalupe Peralta, Benito Palomino Dena, among others, according to local media reports.
It should be noted that on Thursday, May 9, it was declared for the third consecutive day Emergency Operational State in the National Interconnected System by the National Energy Control Center (CENACE).
Recently, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has confirmed that the blackouts have occurred due to the growing demand for electricity due to rising temperatures.
