Gilmar’s concern
“I felt that it shook. My bed shook, my floor shook. I am very distressed”Gilmar Bolívar expressed this morning about the bombings that are taking place.
Gilmar has been living since 2021 in Lviv, in western Ukraine, 7 hours by train from the capital Kiev. Until a few days ago he was relatively calm, but the current situation has him distressed.
“I want to go to my house. I am looking for help with my employer. At this time it is impossible to feel calm. There is nothing that can calm one down”, he added in dialogue with ‘Blu radio’.
As he said, he has tried to seek support from the Colombian Foreign Ministry, but it has not yet been possible.
“I want to tell them that I exist, that I am here, that I had the intention of communicating with them for a long time. Since this started, I tried to contact them but they have not communicated with me”he cried.
