Just today the Greek club Olympiacos made official the hiring of Rodríguez, 31, after leaving the Al Rayyan, from Qatar, which he arrived in 2021 from English Everton.

When referring to Falcao and the goalkeeper David Ospina, two veterans of the team, Lorenzo pointed out that “the idea is that they help consolidate the youngsters beyond what they deliver in each game; they are important in leaving a legacy, it has not been easy for the youngsters to consolidate themselves and be undisputed starters, that process takes time and the necessary experience for that”.
