“The methods of advertising and dissemination of the commercial practice actually put in place (also) by the Balocco SpA company made it clear to consumers, contrary to the truth, that by purchasing the 'Pandoro PinkChristmas', they would have contributed directly and proportionally to the raising of useful funds to the financing in favor of the Regina Margherita Hospital in Turin for the purchase of a new machine, which would have allowed it to explore new avenues for the therapeutic treatment of children suffering from Osteosarcoma and Ewing's Sarcoma”.
Chiara Ferragni and her companies will have to answer for the aforementioned crime and in the meantime numerous harmful consequences for the influencer's image and finances: in addition to a huge loss of money, sponsors also fled frightened by the media cyclone.
