The changes

1.The qualifiers will no longer be 32 teams, but now 36 and the group stage will not take place, but rather a kind of league.

2. Each team will no longer play 6 games against 3 rivals. Now each club will play 8 games against 8 different rivals (4 home and away).

3 There will no longer be 16 teams that go directly to the round of 16, now there will be 24 clubs that will go to the next round. Those classified from 1 to 8 enter directly to the round of 16, and those from 9 to 24 will compete in a repechage phase. If a club is in squares 25 to 36, it will be eliminated immediately (they will no longer have access to Europa League).

This new format will not only be developed in the Champions League, but also in minor competitions: Europe and Conference League. Also having 36 clubs in each tournament.
