Sheikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, Chair of the Women’s Sports Committee in the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees and Head of the Supervision and Follow-up Committee for the Seventh Arab Women’s Club Games, praised the success of the event and said: “I witnessed the wonderful sportsmanship among Arab girls, especially in the fencing competitions in The final day witnessed the coronation of gold, silver and bronze, amid a very special festive atmosphere.”
She continued: “It is noticeable that there are young girls, and this is a positive indicator that the game has begun to spread among young groups that will have the future of the game, which requires the Arab federations to pay more attention to young girls so that they become champions who carry hope towards continental and international championships and titles. What I hope is that There must be sustainability of what happened so that the building for the future is on solid ground. The truth is that it is an exciting and strong Arab competition on the smiling land of the Emirate, and our ambition after this edition is to rise to the regional and international level, and the elements that I saw on the championship mat and who were crowned are considered the future of the game and we must take care of them. She went on to stress: “Women’s sports must have plans from the top of the pyramid, from the National Olympic Committees, and the plans must be included, with further follow-up with the federations, and there must be equal opportunities between women’s and men’s sports in terms of external participation, camps, training doses, and times. Because this strategic outcome guarantees development and sustainability.”
Engineer Sheikh Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, President of the Emirati, Arab and Asian Federations, Vice President of the International Fencing Federation, expressed his happiness with the competitions, technical level and organization he witnessed in the seventh edition of the Arab Women’s Club Games.
He said: “The level that I saw on the final day of the fencing competitions made me feel very optimistic about the future and level of the game at the women’s level, and I speak in this area of the logic of my presidency of the Arab Federation, as I witnessed peak performance competitions that confirm the progress that the game has taken, and the level of the girls category has become with skills.” amazing”.

For her part, Hanan Al Mahmoud, Vice President of the Organizing Committee of the Arab Women’s Clubs Games and Vice President of the Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation, praised the level at which fencing appeared in general and what the Sharjah girls recorded for women’s sports in particular, saying: “The enthusiasm and level of the participating teams was wonderful throughout. Hanan Al-Mahmoud said: “I followed the basketball matches in the Al-Bataeh Club hall, which witnessed a frantic race between all the participating teams, as well as the volleyball competitions, which witnessed fun and excitement in Khor Fakkan, amidst an enthusiastic and popular atmosphere in all the stadiums as well.”
She said: “There is a specialized committee called Development and Performance Evaluation, which is an integral part of the tournament’s organizing committees. It conducts questionnaires from everyone, players, delegations, fans, technical staff, and volunteers, to discuss proposals and development in the future.”
