Capcom, a world leader in the development and publishing of video games, has officially announced the line-up of products that will be presented in Cologne, during Gamescom 2024. Publisher Confirms Series of World Premieres in the Capcom exhibition area, which will house over 60 playable demo stations for Monster Hunter Wilds (coming out in 2025 for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Windows, and Steam) across a 900-square-meter space. Also on stage will be Monster Hunter series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, executive director and art director Kaname Fujioka, and director Yuya Tokuda.
Capcom will let you try it World premiere of the new guest character of the Street Fighter series, Terry Bogardahead of its release this fall. Terry Bogard will be available to purchase individually with Fighter Coins or unlocked for players who own or purchase the Year 2 Character Pass or Year 2 Ultimate Pass. Street Fighter™ 6 is available on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S and Steam.
Among the novelties, visitors will have the opportunity to try for the first time Ace Attorney Investigations™ Collection, coming out September 6th of this year. This collection brings together the two classic Ace Attorney Investigations titles: Miles Edgeworth and Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit, with new and improved features. Completing the line-up is Monster Hunter™ NowCapcom will dedicate an area of the booth to Niantic to celebrate the first anniversary of the game Monster Hunter Now. This exclusive space offers press and content creators a sneak peek at new monsters, content, and features in the upcoming new season. Participants will be able to try an epic AR camera feature themed Monster Hunter Now and take part in a special quest on the Gamescom EPIX platform to win fantastic prizes.
Finally, Capcom’s show floor will see a series of live streaming programs broadcast throughout the duration of the fair directly from Cologne. Capcom will broadcast Monster Hunter Wilds presentations from the development team. For German-speaking audiences, Capcom will also offer daily shows produced and hosted by RocketBeans TV.
