According to the Toronto police chief, the suspect was killed after he clashed with police.
CBC: n according to the police monitoring unit is investigating the case. According to a spokesman for the unit, preliminary information suggests two police officers had fired at the suspect.
However, it is too early to confirm whether a gun had been found in the man’s hand when he was shot.
