“Bully will be available to GTA+ subscribers on the console platform that coincides with their active subscription, as well as compatible iOS and Android devices.”
No future for the series?
The arrival of Bully in the GTA+ catalogue has once again raised doubts regarding the possible future of the series, which however it seems to have been shelved now. Yet, exactly one year ago, we discovered that Bully 2 and Bully 3 were in Rockstar Games’ plans.
According to rumors circulating over the last few months, it seems that Bully 2 was canceled due to GTA Online and, in general, Rockstar Games’ need to focus its resources on some specific products, leaving no room for other projects.
Who knows, maybe the eventual success of the classic Bully in the GTA+ catalog could at least make the company understand that there is still a strong demand for this intellectual property and that perhaps it is worth investing something in it.
