Vice Marshal Bell: The Russian Armed Forces are destroying Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises with one blow
The Russian military is destroying Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises with one blow. About this in the Sky News article reported Retired RAF Vice-Marshal Sean Bell.
The expert pointed out that Ukraine's industrial base was extremely vulnerable to Russian missiles. “It takes months to create production capacity and one strike to destroy it,” he noted. Because of this, Bell concluded that without continued Western military support, Ukraine would not be able to counter Russian military production capabilities.
Earlier, Ukrainian political scientist, director of the Kyiv Institute of Global Strategies Vadim Karasev also said that Ukraine is not capable of producing weapons due to Russian strikes. He noted that Russian attacks on the Ukrainian defense industry will lead to particularly dire consequences if Western assistance is stopped. In particular, according to the expert, Ukraine will not have weapons capabilities to conduct active combat operations, ranging from cartridges to tanks.
On January 5, ex-Colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleg Starikov said that Russia had launched a massive attack on the air defense system and military infrastructure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, military bases in Kyiv were also attacked.
