President said he is against abortion, drug liberalization and that he prays that the people do not “experience socialism”
President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) said this Saturday (July 9, 2022), during the March for Jesus, in São Paulo, that he is against abortion, the legalization of drugs and gender ideology. He stated that those who think like that are the majority in Brazil. He said that there is a war of good against evil, and that most “it’s good”.
“We are against abortion. We are against gender ideology, we are against drug liberation, we are defenders of the Brazilian family. We are the majority in the country. Most of the good. And in this war of good against evil, good will win once again.”

The president also declared that he asks God in prayer every day so that the people do not “Experience the Pains of Socialism”. And he cited countries with leftist governments in South America such as Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Venezuela.
“I ask God every day when I get up. I bend my knees and pray an Our Father. May our people not experience the pains of socialism. Let them look around us here in South America. See how the people of these other countries are living, see how our brothers in Venezuela live… We don’t want that for our Brazil”he said.
