Hasan Salihamidzic, a member of Bayern Munich’s board of directors for sports affairs, said that the club continues to rely on the experience of its honorary president Uli Hoeness in terms of player transfers.
Salihamidzic said in an interview with the “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung” newspaper, which was published today, Saturday: We do not pay attention only to what Ole says. Rather, he is informed and inquired of, and we take the decision in the Board of Directors.
He added: “Bayern Munich was the place of his life’s work, it is logical and right that he is with us.
With regard to player transfers, the first person to be notified is the current president and head of the supervisory board, Herbert Hainer, according to Salihamidzic.
He added: Then he talks to Ole. Then I talk to Olly. Salihamidzic indicated that Hoeness was in favor of most of Hainer’s decisions.
