For Mike Hume of the Washington post, Battlefield 2042 it is still plagued by too many bug and Electronic Arts would have done better a postpone it a few more months. Hume tells in his article how the new DICE game was tested for printing on PC and with big limits in terms of choice of game servers and testable modes. Despite this, it did not turn out to be a truly optimal experience, at least for some.
Many had already feared the worst oflist of known problems circulated during the event, but then Hume and other reviewers touched on it, also discovering bugs not reported as weapons that fire without the pressure of the mouse, tanks that sink into the ground, characters shot in the sky for no reason, helicopters disappeared in half air, crashes and so on.
In short, the risk is that tomorrow, at the start of the Early Access, many find themselves in a game with a few bugs too many. We hope that Battlefield 2042 does not end up like Cyberpunk 2077, since it still seems to be an excellent online shooter, at least according to our tried.
