The Provincial Court of Badajoz has again guaranteed the investigation of the judge, Beatriz Biedma, to David Sánchez, brother of the president of the Government, for his hiring in the Pacense Diputación.
The judges have rejected a new resource of Sánchez, which opposed the emails between him and the ex -mane of Moncloa, Luis Carrero, because he understood that he was not part of the procedure initiated by the magistrate on how she accessed the position of coordinator of the Badajoz conservatories in 2017. The First Section of the Provincial Court rejects, therefore, that it is a prospective investigation.
The judge investigates emails between 2022 and 2023, when Carrero was still working in the presidency of the Government. Finally, he joined the Diputación de Badajoz as head of the Coordination Section and Border Activity Programs.
Both David Sánchez, who already did it last January, and Luis Carrero will have to testify on April 25 in the Badajoz number of Instruction number 3 in the framework of an investigation that began to know if access to the square was stored in the Diputación of the brother of the President of the Government. In this new citation, the judge calls Sánchez for two possible crimes: influence traffic and prevarication.
The judge has also summoned the provincial deputy of Culture, Ricardo Cabezas, and the Director of the Area of Culture, Sports and Youth, Manuel Candalija.
