Despite Sánchez’s possible call to the Madrid Assembly, where the Popular Party has the absolute majority, this appearance is quite unlikely since the President of the Government is not obliged to declare in the regional parliaments, because his responsibility is to do so in the Congress of Deputies or the Senate.
