Atlético Bucaramanga champion: the moving celebrations of fans who waited their entire lives to see their first star

Club Atlético Bucaramanga has all of Santander celebrating with the victory in the Colombian soccer league on the night of June 15, after facing Independiente Santa Fe.

After an intense match, which from start to finish was limited by the rains in Bogotá, both teams managed to reach the end of the first semester, exciting their thousands of fans with the cup and the star.

The lions and leopards tied the aggregate score, leaving 3 – 3, which is why the winner of this season had to be chosen with a series of penalties.

At this point, luck accompanied the ‘Búcaros’ and, thus, they added the first ‘category A’ star to their history, who was born on May 11, 1949.

The Atlético Bucaramanga fans came to Campín to support their team, however, from different points in Bogotá, Santander and throughout Colombia, support from the Bumangueses was seen.
