A rather sensational mistake by Ubisoft gives us the exit date Of Assassin’s Creed Shadows in advance of the official announcement, which should have arrived alongside the presentation trailer: the game will be available on November 15, 2024.
We cannot yet take it as a real official communication but we are very close to it: the information in fact comes from the description that was already present in support of the trailer of Assassin’s Creed Shadows on YouTube, also on the company’s Italian channel, as we can see from the screenshot.
Obviously the video is not present yet, since it will be published on May 15th, but the description was visible online and in this it is written, clearly displayed, that the release date is set for November 15, 2024.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows adds to a very hot autumn
Assassin’s Creed Shadows will therefore arrive this autumn, barring any postponements, placing itself within a period that already seems to be quite rich in releases and aiming to be one of the most important titles of the season.
As we have seen, in these hours Ubisoft has announced that the title previously known as Codename Red is actually called Assassin’s Creed Shadows, and it is the long-awaited chapter set in feudal Japan, a setting that has long been seen by fans of the series as one of the most interesting.
Among other information, the fact also emerged that it will probably be a game dedicated only to the current generation, that is, it should not be released on PS4 and Xbox One, which marks a certain watershed compared to previous chapters but which is also understandable, considering the launch timing.
According to what emerged previously, Assassin’s Creed Shadows should stage the story of two protagonists: one inspired by Yasuke, the first African samurai who actually existed in history, the other instead will be a kunoichi called Naoe, based on what emerged from the rumors of corridor.
