The Civil Guard has arrested a man of Spanish nationality in the province of Jaén as alleged responsible for the forced disappearance of Ibrahima Dioufa young Senegalese who disappeared in January 2021 in the Jienense town of Villacarrillo and who would have worked for the one arrested in the collection of the olive, as indicated by sources of the investigation.
The investigation is directed by the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 1 of Villacarrillo, “whose proceedings are declared secret,” the Armed Institute has reported. The arrest represents an advance in the investigation that the Central Operating Union (UCO) of the Civil Guard keeps active to try to clarify what happened with Ibrahima Diouf, 33 years old and that was last seen on January 5, 2021 in Villacarrillo.
Since its disappearance, the UCO has carried out search work in the properties of the investigated. In the last works on the ground, about thirty agents who tracked “Palmo to Palmo” to the place known as Arroyo Los Pozuelos, located at the exit of the industrial estate of the municipality.

The trial
The businessman was already arrested in the past for the disappearance in 2013 of a Malian temporary who worked for him and whose body still does not appear. It was Tidiany Coully, 22, who was lost by the trail after he and other workers maintained a discussion with the boss, who ended up being acquitted of the crime of forced disappearance.
